Residential Inventories
An industry trained specialist will inspect the property room by room, recording all aspects of your property and their condition, taking photographs, and making notes of any damages or issues.

Once completed, we will compile a detailed report including photographs and descriptions of all items and their condition. Cleaning conditions at time of the inspection are also noted.
The report is then shared with the client.

The inventory report can serve as evidence in case of disputes or damage claims, protecting all parties involved. In case of any disagreements, LuxChecks can act as an independent third-party to provide an unbiased opinion.
Check-out Inspections
A check-out typically refers to the process of vacating a rented property and returning it to the landlord or estate agent in the condition it was received. An industry professional from our team will conduct a comparison inspection using our inventory report of the property to assess any damages or issues that need to be addressed. This can also be used to settle the tenant's security deposit.
The tenant is required to remove all their belongings and return all keys and access devices. Our trusty clerks are able to handle the key return process whenever requested.
The check-out process is an important step to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the condition of the property and any necessary repairs or cleaning can be addressed before a new tenant moves in.
Commercial Inventories
A commercial inventory is a detailed list of goods, products or materials that a business owns and keeps in stock for sale or use in its operations. It includes information about the quantities, types, and values of items in stock, as well as their location within the business premises.
The purpose of a commercial inventory is to enable the business to manage its stock levels effectively, minimise losses and waste, and optimize its supply chain management.
